    初めて伺いましたがトレーナーの方が気さくですごく話しやすい方でした。
    短期集中メニューの場合トレーニングのみならず食事指導もして頂けるとの事でサプリなどにお金を掛けずに済むので大変嬉しいです！

    2ヶ月後が楽しみです！！
