音も若干静かになり、快適に検査を受けることができた。
〇改善すべき点 スタッフがアルバイト？
・受付で体温を測り「34度ですが体調大丈夫ですか」と問われた。
・検査台で非常用のブザーを左で持ってくださいと言われ、左手で持ったら注意された。正面の相手から見れば左は右手であると察知して持ち替えた。
職員のモチベーション向上、これからの当院が発展するためのご評価になります。
