    Not something my wife and I have ever done before, but we tried it and were so glad we did. YuCa was a patient teacher and very encouraging. Her classes and resources are well thought out. We're looking forward to trying out what we learnt when we get home. ありがとうね、ゆかちゃん。

    We love going to Yuca-san Cooking classes! This is the second time we have been and we have learned so much and even practiced all the techniques she taught us in class, at home. She does a great job explaining everything and he English is excellent. We will be back for a 3rd time soon! Our 6 year old even enjoyed cooking with us, and we learned how to make kids style and portions! Highly recommend!

    Yuka, Yuka, Yuka! I have just had the best 4 hours in your home.. this was a superb sushi and gyoza cookery class.You are clearly an accomplished chef and teacher but you bring so much more… fun, laughter, whisky high balls,knife sharpening tutorial, shopping tips and insights into your wonderful culture. Thank you so much for fitting me in at late notice too. For anyone visiting Tokyo, a 'Yuka class' should be top of the list. My very best, Debbie Mitchell

    Yuca was beyond wonderful! We took the ramen and gyoza class. She was a terrific host and very informative. We had so much fun; I couldn't reccomend this experience enough.

    Cooking with Yuca was the best experience in Japan! We were a lovely group of six and Yuca picked us up at the train station. Her kitchen is perfect for the experience and it was great getting to know her and japanese cuisine better! We learned interesting things about planning japanese meals and setting the table and then prepared dashi, ramen and gyoza pizza as well as an appetizer.     Booked the ramen and gyoza cooking class at Yuca’s cooking school. Yuca has a great understanding of Japanese ingredients and began with a brief lecture. Yuca endeavoured to make the cooking class inclusive and together everyone created the dishes.

    I would recommend this class for anyone wanting to learn how to cook these iconic Japanese dishes. Was hoping to learn to how to make the gyoza wrappers and ramen noodles from scratch which would have been quite time consuming so produce had been pur     … – show

      Thank you so much for your review, Jessica. Yes, since we don't make ramen noodles and gyoza wrappers at home here in Japan. So, I don't teach in my home-style Ramen & Gyoza class.     It's not too far from Tabata JR station, Around 15 mins walk. We learnt so much in a short period of time! Not only the food but the culture, Yuca's kitchen is super clean, comfy and tidy, you're going to experience the real Japanese cooking and enjoy!

    英文非常流利的老師，親切的教學，好吃的料理，剛好搭配一群來自歐洲（荷蘭、義大利）的旅客，讓課程更有趣，然後我覺得英聽變好惹…。
    最後的吃上自己做的醬油拉麵、餃子結束我的午餐，完美的上午行程，接著下午自由行，完全不浪費一天的旅遊時間，Bravo!

    Great experience with YUCa, she is a great teacher and speaks very good English. We learnt traditional Japanese dishes and tried yummy sake! Highly recommend her class!
