I go to clinic by looking at English review. The reception is the only kind person. While waiting the other staff look at me by window talk about me also laughing in a very close distance(I hear them all).when I enter to doctor he shouted a lot saying why do you come or what happened (どしたの). It’s my first time in Japan such loud voice while talking crevice. I go with child. My child didn’t want to enter with me because the extra loud voice of doctor.The doctor asked me about my pain immediatelyasked me about where is your country, profession,,company(location) he asked me agin and agin. I tell all politely expect my company name. After X ray he said there is no problem then he laugh with loud voice agin he go out while saying go to dermatologist not here, he came back said if you didn’t have question finished. Finally No body wants to go to clinic or hospital after going to clinic my illness plus emotional pain by health professionals.… – show

Came to this clinic after seeing the positive English reviews, but was sadly not impressed.
I will say that the doctor was nice and very sympathetic, but that’s as far as the positive reviews go.
We spoke in Japanese the whole time even though I told him that my Japanese was poor and asked him to clarify some words he used that I didn’t understand. Though I waited for 30 min to see the doctor, he only saw me for 5 min or less. It was too fast and I left feeling like my pain wasn’t heard.
As soon as I went in he greeted me and asked what hurts; I told him and tired to explain the full spectrum of the pain (since my Japanese isn’t perfect, it takes me a while to speak), however, we didn’t get that far. He took my hands (the object of the pain) found one problem and I didn’t get a chance to explain the rest. He took me for an x-ray, nothing was wrong. Told me something about my hands that I couldn’t understand and said something about an injection, later saying “いらないか” (that I don’t/really/need it) in an way that made me wonder how serious the diagnosis is or isn’t before telling me that I should start with cream and if it hurts after a month, come back. Then I left.
I had no idea what the cream is for or why my hands are in pain. I know how the apply it and after doing my own research, I can assume what is wrong, but I’m very disappointed about how rushed the appointment was and I’ll probably go to another clinic to get a 2nd opinion.
Despite the review, it wasn’t a bad clinic. The doctor was really nice and if he had taken 15 More minutes to talk with me and really explain to me what was happening, I would have given it 5 stars.… – show
I went to this clinic on a Friday morning without an appointment. The doctor saw me almost immediately. The staff were accommodating and the doctor was nice. He was soft-spoken and explained to me my condition and what I should do well. He was reassuring and he also speaks English.

I am suffering from lower backpain for a few months. Doctor was really nice and his English was good. Got quickly an x-ray and he gave me a painkiller shot with the offer to get another one in the future, should I get stronger pains again. Strongly recommended.
確かにカルテへの記入はされていないように思えますが、毎回部屋に入る前から処置の準備が完了していて、少し話を聞くだけで処置が決まり、概ね期待通

痛み止めの注射を打ち続けるだけでいつまでも治らないので怖くなり、思い切って他の病院に行ったらあっさり別の疾患の診断が出ました 。そのときに「
なぜあそこまで自信満々に診断ミスができるのか、逆に凄いです。
「女子供には特に高圧的で感じ悪い」「なかなか治らないから他へ行った」と職場のパートのおばさまがたの評判は悪かったので、もっと早く聞いていれば
受付の方、リハビリの方は感じ良いです。
お年寄のリハビリには良いところかと。

2箇所診ていただきたくて受診しました。部位1は以前にかかりつけ医から「〇〇だと思われるが、整形外科で診てもらった方が良い」と所感をいただいた
症状が酷すぎて吐き気や頭痛まで起きていて、それを押して這う思いでここまでやっときたのに、この仕打ち。
何様なんでしょうか。

受付は、患者が少ないと井戸端会議状態になります。
処方箋のミスが多いですが、理学療法士の方達は親切で、高齢の患者の溜まり場になりうるさいです。
