サホダコーポ第一 1F, 〒182-0007 東京都調布市菊野台１丁目４０−３, 日本, 調布市丁寧なレクチャーがトイレ、更衣室の説明、レンタルシューズの返却場所コースの取り方（テープの色と番号）、レンタルチョークの袋の説明ならば納得。
スタッフは常連客と遊んでいるのでアットホームと言っても良い。
初見の私は家族（常連客）では無いのでボッチです。
他のジムに行った事が無いので一度他のジムに行って同じ様なら近場なのでここにするかも的な気持ちです。

後日、行きつけのジムが改装の為、再訪問。
