Fantastic service and professional. The owner and operator, Makiko is so friendly and we had lots of wonderful conversations. I went in for eyebrow wax and laminate and had worries since I’ve had other places mess up my eyebrows before. But she carefully listened to what I wanted, the shape, worries, and made sure I was happy every single step of the process! It’s also fantastic that she can speak English and Japanese. Highly recommend her services!

I got eyebrows tint and eyebrow waxing at La Belle Image Ginza. Very close to Tsukiji and Ginza. Japanese and English speaking! I will come back for further treatments. Arigatou!

This is terrible!! Signed up for the first time: arrived; the building is not clear, I called many times to clarify exactly where the entrance is. Nobody ever picks up the phone!!! in the end I found a place, no one was there, no one answers!!! As a result, I wasted my time and was left without service!!! I had the last day before leaving and in the end I just wasted time on a terrible salon that does not exist!!!
P.s. to answer. I called yesterday, November 12 and made appointment for today; Friday. Cause it’s my last day in Japan today; so I can’t make appointment on the day, that I’m not in a country. Then you have to fix appointment system, called yesterday, booked for tomorrow (means today), Friday. So, hoped for the service and didn’t get it and don’t have time to change it. Very very disappointed.… – show
I am so sorry to make you feel so bad.Your reservation is not today's 11am.You booked Nov.15th Saturday 11am as I told with you yesterday about 3pm by phone.I run 2 locations by myself so if I don't have appointment,I am not there. And I was on the transportation when you called me that's why In could not answer you.
