予約サイトで予約確定後に来店、席に通されると「既に系列店を利用済みなので今回の予約はキャンセルします。次は入会して頂かないと」と言われました

・利用した時、系列店含め初回客対象クーポンだと、どこにも明記されていませんでした。その予約サイトでは、予約ルールがある施設は「グループ他店含

・予約受付後に私の来店履歴を調べたそうです。その為、事前にキャンセル連絡が出来なかったと説明されましたが、仮予約→本予約の手順を経ていますし

交通費・時間をかけて訪れて来店後に予約無効と言われるのは遺憾でした。安易な体験利用ではなく長く通える施設を慎重に探しており、店の雰囲気やトレ
また当施設では、スタッフさんが即日入会を勧めてくるので、ゆっくり考えたい人には不向きです。個人的には慎重派なので、検討する時間が欲しかったで
来店前は入会を真剣に検討していましたが、事務連絡が雑だと今後が不安で、こちらの施設での入会は諦めることにしました。

Lovely facilities and attentive staff. They even have English and Chinese speaking staff! You're served tea when you register for the first time, and there is a separate locker room, that while small, is well kept with fluffy carpets in front of each locker. The x-body workout was actually really tough, and the VR workout was fun for the first try. While I didn't try the aerial silk suspension workout, that seemed like it would be pretty intense. All in all, it is a beautiful space with plenty o f mirrors in the main training room with screens displaying waterfalls and flowing water, floral arrangements throughout, and separate rooms for specific workouts and massages. However, I give it a 4 because it is incredibly pricey, and not something I could commit to at this point. … – show
