    最低の航空会社
    半年後の予約をキャンセルしてきた
    一年前にセールでものすごく安くチケットを購入したからキャンセルされたのか？
    その便が欠航になったわけではなく僕のチケットがキャンセルされた
    日にちが変更になっても良いから同じ金額で振替をするべき
    どうせ安い客をキャンセルして高い客に変更したんだろうと推測する

    Went to their office during office hours and no one was there. The cleaning staff told us that they are open and staffs are available since you can access their floor/elevator. No matter how many times we tried to go back and no one answers the door.

    This is one of the worst airline company!! I booked a flight may 28 from japan to manila and they changed it to may 31 then i was going to rebooked my flight they want to charged me again for rebooking!!! When i try to contact them i was talking to a bot all day!!!! Do not use this airline!!!

    Only gets bot chat for CS. Agents are always busy. Phone doesn't work. Insisting on not getting a refund from travel fund when the flight was at the beginning of Travel ban in Japan.

    Disgraceful company, lied and cheated me into accepting a travel fund then cancelled the flight 2 days later. Refuse to refund 18months after pandemic started. Have very little care for people who have money tied up with them that they need. Will never use them again

    No refund of money for 1 year now.
    The staffs can’t even show the transaction details.
    They always say the money was refunded already.
    I went to the bank here in Japan and they don’t even know what Cebu Pacific is saying because of no reference number!

    いつも格安でお世話になってます。チケットが安い分、前が広めの席をとるようにしています。事前予約のホットミール、美味しかったです。

    Because it is LCC, there is no help for it. No service, no relaxation or nap. The staff just pushes in-flight sales.

    安いと思って使った他社格安航空券検索アプリ、オプションを追加したら、かえって高くつきました。
    ネットでは変更不可の安いチケットも、ここでは親切にやってくれます。他、メリットは沢山。オススメです。
