    I found Tokyo Pearl after accidentally keeping my silver on during a visit to a onsen! On my arrival I was very kindly shown to the shop and was then asked about my jewellery and what happened, after this they began the cleaning and polishing process. Once completed, to my surprise they said this was free of charge! Lovely staff all very helpful 10/10 would recommended!

    I bought pearl earrings for a gift.
    This store has everything you looking for. High quality pearl for all budget.
    The staff was professional, helpful and more importantly patient.
    I would highly recommend this place.

    手持ちのパールピアスの片方を紛失してしまったので作成をお願いしました。
    片方だけでも作成ができ、素材も合わせていただけました。会計も明朗で安心してお願いすることができました。
    なかなか珍しい色味だったので、似た色のものを探すのも難しかったと思います。私も合わせる真珠を選ぶ際にだいぶ悩んでしまったのですが、とても親切
    思い出のピアスがまた付けられるようになってとても嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。
    次回は通常のお買い物でお邪魔させていただきます。

    This place has a beautiful selection. I didnt catch the name of the woman who helped me, but she was absolutely amazing. Even with the language barrier (I speak English and not much Japanese) she helped me find the perfect gift for my mom, gift wrapped it, and gave me an origami crane for both myself and my mom. I highly recommend this store for anybody looking for beautiful pearl jewelry and amazing service.

    Very nice place to shop for pearls and jewellery. Super helpful and friendly staff, better prices than in some random touristic shops and tax free which is one of the best advantages. I bought a very beautiful necklace for almost 40% cheaper than other cheap stores. Definitely recommend to visit.

    知るひとぞ知る真珠の大卸。良い真珠を探すならお勧め。ダイヤモンドも独自のルートで素晴らしいものを取り揃えています。こじんまりしたショールーム

    Great place! Went to a few shops around Ginza and this shop spoke English. Noriko was very helpful, she explained all the diamond sizes, cuts, clarity and color. Diamonds have certificates. Bring your passport if your a foreigner and get it tax free, saving 8%. Allow your self some time, the ring making process can take from 1 to 2 weeks. The ring will be Made in Japan. Highly recommend setting an appointment, as deciding what kind of ring and diamond is time consuming.

    Fast service. Was even able to serve me in English very proficiently. Offered me purchases at very reasonable prices and they even closed later so they could serve me. A++ service. Highly recommended for all your pearl needs
