目に見えないひび割れがあり使用時に気付きました。
お店に交換しに行ったところ、男性店員が対応しましたが全く取り合ってもらえず、少しも反省や謝りの言葉もありませんでした。
梱包も簡易的で厚紙の箱に薄い紙で包装されたもので、軽くぶつかれば割れてもおかしくない梱包でした。
男性店員は「店頭に並べる際に目視で確認してます」と言ってましたが、今回のひび割れは目視で確認できず、飲み物を入れた際に滲み出てくる様な薄いものでした。… -
