連絡すると言われた日時に電話来ず、その後電話したが電話しましたの一点張り。誰と話したのか聞いても明確な回答得ず。ごまかす体制が垣間見れる施設

かつてここでお勤めさせて貰ってましたが、いくつかの実習の中で、ここでは利用者さんが活き活き参加されていた事に、この施設での就職を希望させても
活き活き参加できるのは、スタッフ達の人柄の良さでしょうね。
