The move was quick and efficient. Done in 2 days including full service (packing/unpacking), while other Japanese movers required 3 days. Cem's team was friendly and responded well to our requests. This is my second time moving in Toyko, and first time using Tokyo Move service (I used another famous Japanese moving service for first time), and it was a GREAT experience with Tokyo Move!!!!
Due to various reason, I booked the moving quotation service wiht a famous JP moving company only one week before moving. They gave me a crazy quotation around 150k, which is 3—4 times higher then my experiences. I negotiated with them and but they were really tough.
I started to look for other options, especially English-speaking moving service, Tokyo Move is the one who responded the fastest and with reasonable price!! When you are in a rush, all you want is to confirm everything asap, and Tokyo Move did that perfectly. We chat on WhatsApp, the communication was smooth and response is fast.
They were also flexible when I told them the truck parking time is limited as it is a shopping street only a few days before moving (I didn't know about it before), they were flexible and could still deal with it. I suppose it'd be harder for other JP moving companies.
On the moving day, the staffs were really nice and kind. They are as professional as those JP moving services, so I got nothing to worry about. We had heavy rain on the day, and because the truck cannot park right in front of the apartment, they still made it as fast as possible. I thought it would be difficult for them, but actually not at all. They delivered the service very professionally.
They really did my a big favor as I was in a rush and they supported me with smooth communication and prefessional service.

The team at Tokyo Move are friendly, helpful and professional. They handled all items with care and consideration. This is the second time in 6 months I have used this company and the service has been consistent both times.
There was clear communication throughout the entire process, from submitting the online form and quote, to confirming the pick up time and procedure.
Tokyo move also disposed of some furniture which made that aspect of moving hassle free.

You can see the other reviews here, your review its not a valid one based on a because we were delayed respond to you or we didnt take your suggestion well. Because you asked us to remove phone number from our website leaving customers no phone number to reach to call us and not everybody may have an access to email or when they are need to call us for an urgent matter.
