仕事をリタイアした後　自分の為に　何ができるか?　元気でいたい気持ちで　始めました。
今年で1年　最初は知らない人ばかりで　不安だったが　現在は　30份の筋トレ仲間も　顔馴染みになり　大変楽しく通ってます。コーチも優しく指導下さり　それなりの効果が出て　少し痩せました!　　楽しく元気で年を重ねていきます!

明るく親切丁寧なコーチが揃っています。顔をみるだけで元気になれる気がします。運動をしてみたことなくても気軽に始められました。
