    ここの園長は人に物を教える資格ないよ。教育されなきゃいけないのは園長。
    ここの子供はかわいそう。

    全体的に暗い雰囲気、書架も古いし、本の貸し借り以外に利用しようという気が起こらない。一階の雑誌コーナーに屯している人が多く近寄りがたい。オー

    小さい子供が、安心して遊べる、夏休みや冬休み中学生ボランティアが来て、子供と一緒に遊んでくれ、お母様は、ハンドマッサージなど勉強 出来ますよ

    Great for babies and toddlers. Bunch of toys, a small gym with walkers and bikes, friendly staff. They have classes for each age, lovely. Nursing room and diaper boards are also available. The place is on the first floor so stroller friendly. Unfortunately, not English friendly, but I'm sure teachers would help to make you feel welcome. They are open until 5PM, so you don't have to rush in the morning. A perfect place to spend a rainy day and meet some friends.
