    Good Service, good driver and safe.
    I hired a private driver for 1 day trip in Tokyo. The driver was on time and know the routes to save my time. Also has protection in the van between driver and passenger seat. Don't worry the Covid. Worth to hire!!

    Great driver, comfortable car, excellent service!

    We chartered with Japan Holiday for a 2-day itinerary around Mt. Fuji. Thanks to their service, we were able to enjoy every item on our wishlist (plus some new unplanned surprises that we could easily add thanks to the flexibility of a private charter).

    We (and our multiple suitcases) fit super comfortably in their van, and loved seeing the Japanese roadside pass by as we were safely driven from place to place.

    My husband and I were schedule to depart for Japan on 06OCT2022 after having to cancel 2 other bookings within 3 years because of Covid. Japan announced that they would be opening up on 11OCT2022. We could not change our dates so now we needed an ERFS certificate to travel for the 4 day period between 06OCT and 11OCT. I contacted many Japanese travel agencies including Japan Holiday regarding the certificate and onlyJames Yamamoto of Japan Holiday responded positively to my request. We turne … – show

    Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to hire a private driver at the very last minute and very grateful to James, whom is very resourceful in finding me a driver in less than 2 hours upon my contact with him. Otherwise, I would have to cancel my planned itinerary. The driver, Mr Sun whom was assigned to us speaks Mandarin and is very helpful and a safe driver. I will definitely use their service again the next time we are back in Japan but will book in advance this time. Once again, thank you … – show
