They always try to add more unecessary additional fee for you (changing door lock, kill bugs… etc), and the item in the house is broken before I move in. Noone come to fix it during my stay (for 18 months), even though I have called to the Able customer center.
Furthermore, the additional fee will be not listed in your contract (they will try to make the contract complicated and you can not understand it). I was quite surprised that I can not find any information about the additional fee (changing door lock) that I have sent them. Then they reclaim the key of the house and try to fine me more money if I can not provide both 2 keys for the door. … – show
