スタッフがフレンドリー⤴入口で元気に声がけしてくれるので入りやすいよ
インストラクターも入口でスタンバイ（笑）
今日も朝から滝汗！良い汗かけました⤴

今日のリラックスヨガはゆったりやれる内容なので本当にリラックスできました。

女子専用ヨガスタジオです。亀戸駅から５分位の場所です。
ビル探して行きましたが、外窓には、表示ないです。見つけましたが、エレベーターは、奥のドア開けた先にあります。ドアに関係者以外立入禁止表示あり
スタッフの、皆さん感じ良く、丁寧に説明していただきました。レッスンもわかりやすかったです。が、シャワーが、6室しかなく、待たされました。
こんなに少ないのは、初めてで、ちょっと残念です。
