野球、テニス、スポーツ、体を使うこと全般において、メンテナンス、調整するのにとても良いです！

肩が回らなかったのが改善、腰の違和感が改善、動きが良くなります。
会員になりました！

開業当初から2年ほど通ってました！
おかげさまでフルマラソン2時間24分でました(^O^)

１０年以上ぶりに再訪。
レイアウト変更されてたり
３階がボルダリングになっていたり
変化してましたー

全身のトレーニングが1時間程で終わる事が凄いなと思います。普通のジムじゃ終わりません。2年半以上通ってますが、まだ新しい事などを聞きお客さん
