メニューを頼んだのですが
年末メニューになっていたのにも関わらず
店員が把握できておらず
3回も聞き直し。
教育が行き届いてない。
料理提供まで30分以上。
しゃぶしゃぶを頼んで
締めの麺が出て来ず。
頭に来てそのまま会計。
締めの麺が出ておりませんが言われ
もういいと言い店を出ました。
よく潰れないなぁ〜って思いました。
年末に最悪な店に行ってしまった。
2度と行きません。
Then the waiting didn’t stop there. We waited for another 30min for our course to start. Lastly, they didn’t serve our rice during the shabu shabu. We ended up canceling the rice.
The price we paid for wasn’t really worth it. I hope you guys won’t experience it. I wish the management would do something about it.
I don’t always complain but this is just unacceptable because we wen t to this pricy restaurant to enjoy the food and have a great experience.

噂に聞いていた程ではなかったかな
呼んでも来ないし食事の提供は遅い
店員のレベルも普通のバイト
食事は値段相応の味なので感動もない
二度目は無いかな

Went there with my kids and I order a dinner set menu while they ordered the kids shabu shabu menu. Service was terribly slow and staff wasn't friendly to my kids at all..
We waited forever for each food to come, I have to press the bell and waited for 10 mins and finally staff came.. then Waited for 10+ more mins for them to bring out what I asked earlier. When the time my kids have their ice cream after asking fo r 3 times… my tempura and rice finally came…
My kids usually behave very well in restaurants since we eat out alot but even they wanted to leave at the end cause of all the waiting! I have to skipped my dessert cause it was just unacceptable how slow things can be!!!!! Not to mention they were cold and unfriendly to my kids during the whole time since we stepped in the restaurant!

配膳の間の悪さ、出てこないデザート、心ない平謝り、運が悪かったのかな…
申し訳ないですが、デザート待たずしてお店を後に。伝票がないと言われたので、デザートも出てこないので帰りますとお伝えしたところ店長がいらっしゃ
ただ、アイスを持ってきているのにアイスを台に置いたまま片付けをしてから配膳してる。アイス溶けてました。
記念日であることを予約時に伝えると写真のサービスがありました。
当店のすき焼き定食をお気に召していただけたようで、大変光栄に思います。
