    日本最大級のブラジリアン柔術ネットワーク、カルペディエムの自由が丘道場。
    まず自由が丘というアクセスしやすい便利な駅から徒歩2—3分というロケーションが通いやすく、とてもありがたいです。
    練習後の栄養補給のお店はよりどりみどり。
    半地下にある道場は男女別の更衣室、シャワールームがありいつも清潔に保たれています。
    そしてなんかオシャレ（笑）
    格闘技道場にありがちな質実剛健さよりも、どこかスマートでどこかクールな雰囲気が独特です。
    なのにインストラクター陣は実力日本トップレベル。というかトップ選手たち。
    さらにはそんなメチャ強いインストラクター陣に怖い感じはまったくなく、いつも指導は丁寧で親切です。良い意味で会員を顧客としてしっかり指導してく
    会員は20代から50代まで幅広く、さらには国籍もとてもバラエティに富んでいます。
    日によっては日本人と外国人の比率が5:5だったり4:6だったり。
    そんな会員同士がとても和気あいあいと練習しているのが自由が丘道場の特徴だと思います。

    Awesome place to train and the badass staff are super friendly. Thomas helped me out a lot and made me feel at home. The people are also friendly. Can't wait to get back on their mats!

    If you are foreigner like me looking for a place to train BJJ, this is the best place to train. Classes are taught in both English and Japanese so you don't have to worry if your Japanese is not that good. The mats are always clean and facilities are well maintained. Instructors are very approachable and have excellent way of teaching. Students are very friendly and kind too. Overall, this dojo promotes a safe and positive learning environment for its students.

    Great gym. I have been to gyms all over the world. This gym makes everyone feel like they are home. At the same time, this is gym of scrappers. Everyone goes hard. Thomas and his crew creates competitive community that makes me want to train as much as my body permits.

    Great place to learn and enjoy BJJ! The changing room and the mats are clean. Instructors are great in giving feedbacks and can really guide you through your learning journey as they can communicate in Japanese and English. Girl members are also lit! You can enjoy the classes whether you do BJJ for fitness or you want to be a competitor.

    The dojo welcomes all skill levels from professionals athletes to people who just want to exercise. You can really see and feel the core values of Carpe Diem in the dojo.

    Awesome place to train with ultra clean, modern facilities. The instructors are all super friendly and all have years of competitive experience under their belts (No pun intended…). All in a super trendy and convenient location.

    All-round an amazing place.

    Can't ask for much more than that!

    スタッフ・メンバー共にとても良いコミュニケーションが取れるので、必然的に雰囲気も良くなる。
