    When I needed some hard-to-find (at least here in Australia) parts for my GR Yaris, I found everything I needed on EasyCars. The team were very responsive to emails (in perfect English) and good to deal with, and set reasonable expectations regarding shipping delays due to COVID. The payment process was simple and, within the timeframe I had been told to expect, everything turned up, all very carefully packaged (VERY well packaged).     Great, great service! At first I was sceptical importing directly from Japan, but the team at EasyCars Japan made it very straight forward. Communication is ace, support throughout ordering and delivery was great. Not only were they able to source parts for my GR Yaris quickly, but also at a great price. In particular I want to call out the effort packaging the parts properly for long haul shipping.       Please accept our sincere apologies for your bad experience. As we have provided delivery proof and photos of boxes, we shipped twice during 7 months but you claim to not have received it. In response, we have logged the complaint with the shipping company, and an investigation is underway. The process will take a while. We ask that you wait until their inquiry is complete.     I ordered a rear wing for my Toyota GR Yaris. EasyCars is probably the best address to order tuning parts for your japanese car, directly from Japan. It was a great experience finally. There was a small delay of delivery due to the manufacturer and the war in Ukraine. But thanks to Mr. Sakamoto, I got the package with UPS in only 5 days from Japan to Germany. I'm very satisfied and I can plenary recommend EasyCars!

    The team have been super helpful from start to finish, whether that’s been advice, purchasing/payment or shipping. It felt a little daunting at the start to be ordering costly parts directly from Japan, but they made it super easy & were reassuring right through the process. As the part was made to order, it took time as expected, however, once it arrived at EasyCars Japan, it arrived in the UK in a matter of days!

    Will be buying more from these guys!

    Trusted seller in Japan selling genuine Japanese product, I bought a complete Modellista body kit for my Alphard.They were extremely helpful and find me cheapest shipping to Singapore and ha confirmed the safe arrival of the freight. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
