新規口座開設の為、ノーアポで伺いましたがとても丁寧な対応でした。すぐに手続き初めてくれました。当たり前ですがまだまだ金融機関はデジタル化されていなくて紙ベースで記録を残さなくてはならずある程度手間はかかります。それとサインでは無く印鑑が必要です。もちろんメガでも同じで、対応はメガは上から目線で高齢者や普通の市民には丁寧な対応はしない。口座番号が選べないのが残念です。感じはとても良かったです。

土日は一部の顔見知りの出資者達がラウンジを占領してるので、初見さんはくつろぎ辛い部分があるかもしれません。

Useful ATM (cash machine). Accepts global brands like VISA. Can top up SUICA according to TV commercials.

いつもは郵便局にて支払っているのですが、そういえば「さわやか信金」が在ったと思い立ち、立ち寄ってみました。
銀行の窓口が必要なとき、今度はココを使うようにします！！

スタッフによって接客態度が違いすぎる。
外国送金や銀行口座開設の窓口の方は全員丁寧な説明でテキパキ動いてくれる。
ただ受付で立っている男性スタッフに何を質問しても基本的に「わからない」で返ってくるのにはびっくりした。

振込出金等の窓口のスタッフに関しては、「そんな事も知らないのか」くらいな対応をしてくる。
何故客側が銀行側の事情を全て把握していなきゃいけないのかが疑問。
なぜか最初から半笑いで小馬鹿にした様な言い方もしてくる。
受付するのに10分ほど待ったのにその仕打ちはわけわからん。…
