The staff is very kind but I do not like hairdressing chat so I did not feel comfortable r eceiving personal questions such as: “You speak Japanese well. Is your husband Japanese?”
I would prefer more conversation about my hair. The blue color did not take root of my hair. At the moment it seemed nice to me, maybe because of the lights inside the salon, but only later I noticed that some parts are blonde, very light colored and not blue.
Finally, the price was very high compared to what I expected and when I asked for a clarification, he told me that he did the bleaching twice and once the blue. No consultation about this procedure! Why?
I am not an expert but it does not seem different to me from what I have done in other hairdressers but really overpriced for the result I got.
I am disappointed.
Is there any way we can fix this before my departure to Italy on the 24th of April? … – show

The second time I went, I got a hair trim and highli ght. My hair is medium to dark brown but I wanted to lighten it for the summer and cover up some of the grays that are coming in as I age Hide suggested a color that was a couple of shades lighter than my current. It wasn’t a dramatic change but just enough to tell a difference so I’m happy with the results! Hide and the salon assistant did a great job with the color and gray touch up. The head massage during the shampoo portion of the visit is a highlight as well — so relaxing ️
Hide was also helpful with making suggestions on certain products that I inquired about such as hair conditioner and thermal products. They had both of these at the salon that I was able to purchase before leaving which was convenient!

I’m shocked. I only started getting this treatment because it was recommended after an earlier keratin treatment at Hayato in 2016.
I have really have mixed feelings.
-I’m grateful that a stylist tried to mitigate further damage by not getting as close to my roots as previous sty lists BUT none of this was communicated to me before, during, or after the treatment yesterday OR when the same stylist did my hair last year.
-I’m disappointed that I didn’t spend more time learning about my hair BUT I felt safe trusting the experts.
-I’m worried about my hair. I was told to come back in 5 weeks for a consultation/trim and that continuing with Liscio Straight could perhaps be possible after 6 months but is ultimately inadvisable.
Overall the lack of integrity of the salon, having stylists that would damage my hair for 5 years and say nothing, is upsetting. … – show
