先日、みのりんさんのパーソナル受けさせて頂きました。
キックボクシングの基本的や動作を60分みっちりと無駄な時間なく教えて頂きました。シャドー、サンドバッグ、マット打ちと全てとても分かりやすく丁寧に教えて頂けて、すごく勉強になりました！また行きたいと思います！

職場から通いやすいという理由で六本木周辺のパーソナルジムを探していて見つけました。ジム通いが初めてでしたが、リシェイプ東京に決めて本当によかったなと実感しています！！友達にも胸を張っておすすめしたいと思います！

Great gym, the staff is nice, it's not crowded (especially during lunch time), equipment is decent.

24時間営業ジムで港区の中でおそらく一番安く通えるジムです。トレーナーさんの挨拶も明るく元気を貰えるオススメのジムです。

Great gym with complete equipment for almost any need. Very friendly staff and guest numbers never feel too crowded.

清掃は行き届いており
スタッフの方も挨拶をして下さいます。
残念なのはトレーニング中に大きな音を立てる方とマシンを使用中に長時間携帯を操作してる方が多いことです。その点はスタッフの方からの注意はないようです。
