    I had issues getting my connection fixed at the time of my arrival to Japan, however the team made a super great effort to provide a good support and they got me a portable wifi during the period I was still trying to get my connection done.
    This kind of due diligence is what you expect from a service company. I am very pleased with them.

    This pocket wifi worked great! Rented it for 5 weeks. Fast internet connection and we never needed the extra battery that was included. This was 1/2 the cost we were finding with other companies. It was at the airport when we arrived and,with the provided envelope, easy to return by dropping it in a mail box. We will definitely use this company again on our next trip to Tokyo.

    It was easy to order and easy to use. They keept me updated in advance about my order so i knew it was deliverd to the Airport before my arrivle:) Battery last all day. My second time using Genki mobile and will use om my next trip to Japan ️

    Second time using Genki. Their communication is superb and they do as they say they will in terms of delivery. The pocket wifi worked well everywhere i went and 1Gb a day was more than enough. The battery was good for 9—10 hours too!

    I used this company to rent pocket wifi during my trip in Japan. The communication went very smoothly. I picked up a package containing the device in the Tokyo airport and simply had to switch it on and connect to the wifi. The device lasted for around 5—6 hours, and a power bank was provided to charge it for longer usage. Very much worth it in terms of price/quality.
