香港が本社ということもあり、事務的な対応に問題点が多々ありました。
しかし、スタッフの方が一生懸命対応して下さいました。

This review is of the entire company in Japan. Compass Offices is going downhill fast. After using them for years, they started sending emails from a generic email address with no name or contact person. They requested all customers from the Meguro office to change to the Toranomon office. They only gave only 14 days of notice and then after 14 days said they're canceling all contracts. Again all of this correspondence was done anonymously using a generic email address in an aggressive and cowardly manner. Please note, the last 2 years I have lived abroad and only visited Japan once a year. Before then, I lived in Japan for 20 years and used many different suppliers, offices, and professional service firms. Japan has many other co-working and serviced office spaces these days, don't use Compass unless it's the last option. … – show

A common office complex building. Easy access from Kamiya Station, directly connected to exit. Can use several restaurants of this and another building without wet at rainy days, escape from summer heat. Very convenient.

Great quality service, friendly bilingual staff, and awesome habitat on the 4th floor to relax, have informal meetings, work out, shower, play a game of pool, get a massage, you name it!

立地はいいですが、対応が物凄く悪いです。立地だけ良くて対応が物凄く悪くても構わない、という人はいいんじゃないでしょうか？
