Highly recommend Kaz-san as he helped me find the apartment that I have always wanted. He sincerely wants to get to know you and has a passion to help you find the home that is right for you.

He is very hard working and makes himself available to you. His never ending patience makes navigating through finding a home enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Kaz San could not have been more helpful. He worked quickly and diligently to find me an apartment that was perfect for my needs. Communication was clear and detailed. Finding an apartment that meets your criteria can be extremely stressful (especially as a foreigner living in Japan), but my experience was nothing short of incredibly smooth thanks to Kaz Harada. He always thinks a few steps ahead, is very responsive, and instantly grasped what I was looking for. We highly recommend using Hikari Homes, especially if you are a foreigner! My wife and I are from the UK and Kaz foubd us a place within our budget and criteria. Kaz was very helpful in communicating with the owner and us. He can speak English and Japanese, and was very helpful in supporting us with any questions we had and relaying information from the owner. He supported us every step of the way in understanding what we would need to move into a place. I had a wonderful experience working with Kaz at Hikari homes. When I first moved to Tokyo, I was having a really difficult time finding a place on my own, but was quite nervous to contact a realtor as I wanted to make sure that they would have my best interest in mind. After seeing a recommendation on Reddit for Hikari homes and the glowing reviews for Kaz, I decided to reach out, and just that next weekend we were pouring over potential places at his office. He was always extremely respectful of my criteria, and exceptionally thorough in his search. Great communication! Kaz-san helped us with our rental in Tokyo, and from day one he answered every one of our emails quickly and efficiently. He helped us foreigners land a reasonably priced house in Meguro, in the exact district we needed to be in, and navigated us through all the documents and questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs fast English language real estate help in Tokyo.

Kaz was an excellent help for finding an apartment in Japan. Many coworkers had a difficult time finding and applying to apartments in Tokyo, but Kaz made the process easy and efficient. He helped us look through the many available apartments, arranged tours, and handled much of the paperwork.
