    I dealt with James Yamaguchi twice to find rent in Tokyo and he was instrumental in finding places and highlighting critical points to watch out, thanks to him, I was able to find and negotiation good terms twice and very good rental apartments.
    I also reached out for few advices on sales to Hanaoka-san for buying real estate. He wasn’t my broker as seller didn’t allow to have another agent in between but despite that, Hanaoka-san was extremely helpful giving spot-on advices and recommendation w     … – show

    Incredible service and experience working with RISE Corp. Yashiro-san (Takashi Yashiro).

    Excellent support, including touring apartment, understanding preferences, finding hidden gems…
    We ended up finding an excellent architect apartment in Meguro which I rented in July 2022.

    Yashiro-san made the rental process extremely smooth, including taking care of gas, water, electricity… before the lease started.

    Highly recommend… and thank you Yashiro-san!

    I had a great experience working with Ray-San! She went above and beyond when helping me. From driving me around and providing genuine feedback. She provided me with a lot of options I would like, at great locations. I felt very comfortable and we were efficient at seeing a lot of places. Not only did she get back to me quick but she also helped me secure a place rapidly. I cannot recommend her more. Definitely will use RISE Corp again for my housing search in Japan.

    Rise Corp provides an amazing service! With their help moving is made super easy even if you don't speak Japanese at all.
    It's my second time moving in Tokyo and both times Kagawa-san took me through the whole process in an extremely stress-free way.
    Both time I had high requirements but Kagawa-san made me visit many apartments until I found the one which gave me a smile as soon as he opened the door.

    I moved twice with Kanako san’s help, first when I moved to Tokyo from London by myself and again a few years later within Tokyo. Both times Kanako san was extremely helpful and flexible with my search. Not knowing much about the Tokyo market, I visited LOTS of properties and she didn’t mind at all. RISE are also able to work with a wide range of management companies and as far as I can tell are really impartial with what they recommend to tenants. Thanks again, Kanako san!

    Kagawa san was super helpful for finding an apartment that we were looking for. He also made sure our move-in process was smooth, and we were not missing any point that required attention.

    Even after our post-move, he kept helping us multiple times when we had issues with the building or management. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are awesome!

    Ray from Rise Corp is exceptional. I was moving as an expat from California for a job near Tokyo. She was very helpful in understanding the requirements and was very flexible in trying to find an appropriate location. Each situation is different, and Ray was patient in understanding the requirements.     Great service! They found a wide range of properties based on our requirements, helped us with the contracts for the place we picked and then helped us with moving from our temp place. Great service all around. They also speak English very well.

    I worked with Yusuke KAGAWA from RISE Corp., and I highly recommend his services. Thanks to his diligence and professionalism, I found a place which corresponded to my criteria in a relatively short amount of time. Kagawa-san was very flexible in the process, and went above and beyond in helping me with some of the complex procedures related to any move in Japan.     Takashi Yashiro-san from Rise Corp. has been extremely helpful with our home search in the Hiroo-Ebisu area of Tokyo. He speaks excellent English and was very perceptive about our needs and what we were looking for. Very responsive and professional, he went above and beyond with a smile and even helped us almost finalize a property remotely during our quarantine period in Japan. Five stars from us!!!
