初めての売却で相談。最初はどうしていいのか分からずでしたが、丁寧に教えていただけました。

退去者より、入居中の皆様へ
気をつけつけてください。保証金が期限を超えても一向に返ってきません。
退去する前に、絶対に「いつまでに返ってくるのか」なんなら、返金するつもりがあるのか確認を取るのをおすすめします。
そしてとれなかったら法的措置を取る旨も釘を指しておいたほうがいいです。

やり取りの結果返ってくることにはなりましたが、結果1ヶ月以上遅れての返還になりました。というか、こっちから連絡しなければどうなってたんだ？と勘ぐりたくなる対応でした。…
