— The Tobacco they use is the worst and the most unhealthy tobacco on earth. They using cheap brand, which they claim to be “Turkish made” that contains so much glycerin. No real flavor, no real taste and it fade so fast. Nothing compared to Alfakher Or Nakhlah quality.
— They have “already made special of the week” Shisha flavors they will try hard to sell it to you, it contains the old unsol d fungi smelled flavors. Don’t buy them. Just ask them to make you new flavor in new head and watch them while they do.
— They claimed they had Al fakher but make sure of that if you familiar with molasses. It wasn’t alfakher, it was some other cheap s*** in alfakher containers.
— They don’t wash the Shisha machines so it taste weird and the water has weird old breath in it. Probably the one I got wasn’t washed from the day/week/month before or something.
— They use less than the average amount of molasses in 1 Shisha so you will only feel the taste at first, the tobacco quality was that bad. The glycerin will keep burning so you will feel bad after leaving the shop.
— Staff are the worst, they have ZERO knowledge about Shisha, yet they tried to explain Shisha to me like it was my first time to smoke. I have been smoking Shisha more than 20 years. Not to mention Shisha was invented in my country. Explaining Shisha to me is like me explaining sushi to them.
— They have no clear system on their website, they will decide for you when it’s time to leave the shop. The staff came up to me and said that was the last time I could get charcoal changed because they think that was enough. I asked them who decided that, they said “OH Shisha is like this”. Dude! You know S*** about Shisha. In Tokyo there are 2 types of services, Shisha with time limit which is usually “2 hours and half” or no limit at all.
— They have hidden charges so watch out for the bill. A friend of mine joined me for a drink, although he doesn’t smoke, and I made it clear he doesn’t smoke, they still insisted on charging him “Shisha Share” cost plus his drink cost. My friend almost called the police but I didn’t want to bother, smiled at the bill, paid and left.
— Drinks, are so expensive and very small. Drinks taste/amount doesn’t go well with the Shisha. If you ask for less ice you get a glass with few sips in it
— The prices are VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other places. Price doesn’t meet the cheap flavor, cheap charcoal that taste like BBQ charcoal. Not to mention the sh****y fake service. Prices meet the service means nothing to them.
— We have a car so we drove there, but the place itself is far and not accessible by public transportations. Nothing around that place to enjoy after you leave the place. So going there is a waste of time and energy.
— The only nice thing about the place is the “middle eastern” style seats they have, and the big windows so you could at least release your stress by looking outside.
— The whole place have bad vibe, you don’t feel right with the service or even with the staff.
— On the way out, I saw the staff asking their friend or just random customer to give them high rating in exchange for small discount. The usual cheap fake trick every business owner use to market their fake business. Not to mention most of the reviews from new accounts that never reviewed anything before!!??

店員さんの対応もとてもよく、また行きたいと思いました！
