    Pretty simply, a trip to Tokyo can not be complete without taking Yuka's cooking class. My wife and I had a blast learning how to make sushi and miso soup from Yuka. The entire experience was a joy and made our trip to Tokyo a treasure.
    Yuka is a professional and a personality you will never forget.

    Yuka provided much more than just a cooking class. On top of a informative cooking class, she provided a history lesson, a guided tour and all the local tips for where to visit and eat. Yuka's english is outstanding as she has lived overseas.
    I would highly recommend Yuka's class and would suggest doing it at the start of your trip so that you have time to check out all of the suggestions you'll get

    Wonderful experience with Yuka! She was warm and engaging, chose delicious recipes and offered just the right amount of providing explanation, demonstration and letting us cook ourselves. Best of all, we can make these all at home (and intend to!)

    This is a must do if you go to Tokyo. Chef Yuka Mazda is so wonderful. We had such a fantastic time with her. She is my new friend. She knows so much detail about Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques. She teaches in a fun and informative way, never intimidating! No matter your skill level, she will make you better.     Chef Yuka Mazda is an amazing Sensei (teacher) and her classes are fun, informative, and so delicious. If you love Japanese Food this is a must do on your trip to Tokyo! We will be back for more classes with Chef Mazda. Thank you Chef Yuka for an amazing time!

    My family and I took a sushi making class with Yuka yesterday and it was super informative and enjoyable. She is a fabulous teacher! She’s so knowledgeable and made the class fun. The sushi we made was delicious. Yuka also took time at the end of the class to recommend some local restaurants and shopping places to visit. We highly recommend taking a class with her.

    Yuka is so welcoming and knowledgeable and above all friendly! My family and I had such a lovely day cooking and eating our ramen and gyoza, we’re taking home many tips to improve our cooking. Looking forward to coming back to take the sushi class!

    Yuka's class was delightful, full of positive energy and very warm.
    I took the ramen and chicken tiryaki class both of them were at an excllent level.

    Yuka san is a wonderful teacher! I enjoyed learning to make Japanese dishes like Ramen, gyoza and sushi, how to choose and use good ingredients and their benefits. I tried them at home with success! Thank you Yuka san!

    I would highly recommend Yuka Tempra and beef & rice bowl cooking class. She made me feel like a friend in her home cooking together. So much fun. After class she took me for a walking tour of the area to experience some treats. She helped make my first trip to Japan memorable. I will definitely attend another class when I am back.

    I had the great pleasure to join Yukas cooking class with sushi and gyoza. Everything was perfectly prepared, so we could focus all the important details and secrets about how to make the perfect sushi. And indeed, with Yukas professional guidance and excellent ingrediens I managed to make the best sushi, I have ever tasted!
    I can warmly recommend to try it out — it's very unlike big cooking class studios, this was very relaxed and intimate in her own private home. Go, go, go!

    What a kind, generous and knowledgeable woman. I had such a fantastic time learning to cook. Yuka-san made everything easy to learn and I went home with clear instructions on how to make my own ramen and gyoza. I do not cook at home often and was very nervous at first on how I would do but I could not have asked for a better instructor or experience. Highly recommend Yuka Mazda to anyone looking to try cooking traditional Japanese foods.

    Wir haben einen ganz wundervollen Tag in Yucas cooking class verbracht. Man kann bei Yuca verschiedene Gerichte buchen und lernen, mein Freund und ich haben uns für Sushi und Miso Suppe entschieden. Bekommen haben wir tolle Zutaten, ganz viel Wissen über die japanische Küche und auch Japan an sich und sehr viel Spaß. Wann immer Ihr Lust auf kochen in Tokyo habt meldet Euch bei Yuca, es lohnt sich!

    Tout est extrêmement bien organisé!
    J’ai eu la chance d’être seul et beaucoup de conseils et explications (variantes de recettes, aiguiser un couteau etc etc)

    Yuka's class was an absolute delight and fun! We made amazing VEGETARIAN gyoza and sushi. She made it so easy that we can replicate that at home in future!:) Beyond the cooking class, Yuka also shared with us many recommendations (food, plates ware, ice cream, etc) and even sent us a list after our class! Yuka went above and beyond and brought us to a supermarket after class to show us some of the ingredients she used and introduced us to some local food.     Yuka-san's cooking class was very interesting and informative. She provided a lot of information about the various products we could use. She had the recipes printed for us to bring home and we even received some unexpected gifts.
    We made some delicious gyoza, gyudon beef and miso soup. We tasted the food we made right after making it and it was so tasty.

    What an awesome class! I learnt so much and it was an evening of entertainment. Infectious energy and enthusiasm. Yuka took what could have been complicated recipes and made them so simple to understand and very memorable!!!

    I did the Sushi class with Yuka and it was a wonderful experience.
    I learned a lot, had a lot of fun, nice talks and the Sushi dinner
    at the end was the best Sushi I´ve ever had. Yuka is a great chef,
    teacher, host and a very warmhearted person.
