When I needed business cards made up urgently, they were so friendly, helpful, and FAST! (100 cards in 15 minutes).And the cards. Highly recommended.

Amazing. Fast. Reliable.
I highly recommend GRAP Printshop for your printing needs. The transactions was fast and seamless given that I'm outside Japan. The website is awesome, straight forward, and informative — it has English translation and all the information you need is available. The payment was seamless too. Response time was also fast and they're fluent in English!!! So no language barrier or lost in translation. Price is reasonable, then they have delivery service, and offers rush print ing. Overall it was a great experience. So if you're looking for a reliable printer (specially if you're not Japan) Printshop GRAP can do it! Special mention to Takeshi for his impeccable service. Printshop GRAP proved to be extremely professional, fast and efficient. They make extremely high-quality material, according to the customer's instructions and needs. Also, the staff is incredibly polite and considerate of the customer and his needs. I definitely recommend everyone to use their services.

朝伊丹から飛行機に乗ったとき、名刺がないことに気付き、WEBから作成依頼。カード決済と原稿確認、校了まで済ませ、羽田からモノレールで浜松町へ
デザインは限られますが、20枚から作成することもできて大変助かりました！

Excellent printing service! We were looking to have some signs printed with specific needs and I was able to chat easily with someone on their website in English. They quickly figured out what we needed and the turnaround time was really fast. The quality of the printing was exceptional. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I've compared prices of printing posters in Tokyo and found Printshop Grap to be possibly the most affordable. Not only that, they were prompt in replying my emails, understood my vague instructions and did some resizing to suit my needs. I got the poster the day after confirmation. Best part? Everything was done online and I did not have to even leave my house to get my posters (understandably with a delivery fee, but well worth it.) Highly recommend Printshop GRAP. Even more so if you'd like t o be able to communicate in English and be understood without explaining much! … – show

I am very pleased with their service. The staff was very responsive and helped ensure there were no issues with my design files. Everything was completed online and payment process was simple. Fast turnaround times and, most importantly, great looking business cards.

I don't know if this was a once off or they're always so professional but, for me, I've NEVER had such wonderful service [for value] in my life; Simply incredible. Contact, discussion, sent artwork, quote quote, paid for the job and literally received the [two jobs; business cards & year end greetings cards] in 24 hours… highly recommended ~ happy customer!

Excellent service, great customer support, quick replies and processing of request. Possibility to order through website in English is a big plus as well. I was searching for normal A4 printing of large number of pages and they delivered it very quickly with reasonable price. Highly recommended! Thank you for your service and will return with more requests when needed for sure!

As I forgot my busniess cards at home (like an idiot) I had to quickly find somewhere to have some printed. The staff was extremely helpful and the price was very fair. A bit of a warning is that the place is on floor 12 and if you don't know that it could be hard to find.

Excellent service and very humble staff. I made few corrections in between their process of printing but humbly took my request and I got my perfectly printed business cards in just 5-10mins. Reasonable price and best in quality!

Amazing service. My boss was in Japan and urgently needed business cards. I received wonderful customer service over the phone and via email and my boss received his business cards with less than 24 hours turnaround in Tokyo. Highly recommend.

新幹線に乗ってから名刺を忘れたことに気がつきました。慌ててネットで検索し、このお店を選ぶことができました。とても対応がよく素早く名刺を作っていただきました。
本当に助かりました。値段も良心的だと思います。
マンションの一室で営業されています。少し戸惑いますが気にせずガッと扉を開けましょう。

Quick turnaround business cards with high quality and a fair price. Highly recommend you visit the professional staff. Enter post office door and proceed up to 12th floor. Take a right on the walkway to find GRAP.

Went above and beyond to help me print some event materials very last minute. Considering my project was completely custom and turnaround time was tight, they literally worked magic to help me make it happen. Customer service is amazing!!! Would work with them again.
