    I'd like to pass along my thanks for the wonderful classes your instructors ran. I did the 3 class Newcomer deal, as I was only here for week. It is actually perfect, and I am glad you have that.

    Yumi, BT and Marina were excellent. They challenged me but at the same time put me at ease in a new setting. They made the classes for me and I am sure it is because of them, such good people take the classes.

    Just attended Rie’s Vinyasa class and she was absolutely lovely. Her energy was calming and wholesome and the sequence creative and challenging. Studio exudes serenity, encouraging introspection and relaxation. What a great experience. Thank you Rie!

    Went to Rie's Vinyasa class today. Her instructions were clear to me as a foreigner/tourist, her class was relaxing and yet also challenging. The studio location is convenient, about 1—2 minutes walk from the nearest metro exit. The studio is simple, spacious and clean. ‍ ️

    After moving to Tokyo one year ago, I found NamiYoga when searching for studios that taught in English. How fortunate was I! Namita and Yumi and Heria and all of the teachers come to practice with not only experience but compassion for the experience of each student.

    At the retreat in September 2021, we were able to deepen our practice and come together with meditation and the mountain air of Hakuba. Lovely!
    I returned to Tokyo refreshed!

    The studio is always clean along with the rental mat, blocks, and other materials they have for use during a class. The teachers are all very friendly and talented, always trying to communicate with me even though sometimes I am the only non-Japanese speaker in the class. I appreciate their efforts a lot. Highly recommend Nami Yoga Studio!

    Dropped in to a couple classes here while visiting Tokyo and very much enjoyed them. Incredibly welcoming, experienced instructors, and lots of classes to choose from. Classes offered in English, Japanese & French.

    Absolutely love Nami Yoga Studio! I practice yoga daily at a reputable studio in Los Angeles and didn't miss a beat going to Nami during my recent stay in Tokyo. Couldn't recommend it more. 10/10 Thank you Nami!

    After traveling for 2 weeks in japan and feeling tight this was the stuff that I needed. Absolutely lovely class with namita (I hope I spelled the name right). She was/is a great instructor. I went early in the morning to her hatha class and there have been 4—5 people so the size was perfect. If you’re into yoga and in Tokyo for a trip you should for sure go there.

    Nami Yoga Studio is fantastic. I really enjoy Yumi and Nami's classes (English classes). They are so sweet and kind. I really like their gentle correcting of my postures during class. My only complaint is that the Saturday late morning classes can be really crowded so it's best to show up a little earlier for that class. I hope that Nami will expand their location in the future!

    初めて行った際に遅刻してしまったのですが、快く受け入れて下さりました。
    アジャストメントが強めでしたが、とても楽しかったです。

    Best yoga studio in Tokyo! Very professional and experienced teachers explaining poses in English and giving the correct adjustments. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended to try the Hatha class with Nami or Yumi, for those who are a bit more advanced in yoga or if you’re into vinyasa flow and wish to try it with a twist I recommend Ryoko.

    Great hatha flow class with yumi. Small intimate classes with very good instructor that comes around to make adjustments. Will definitely come back next time!
