Need to be polite, respectful and considerate. No one waiting (for more than four hours) at the ER wants to be told that they are keeping others with more urgent situations from being seen.
If you go there for urgent care, they're nice enough to let you use the phone to call the nurses hotline, cause they won't even give you the time of day. I'm surprised one of my kids didn't die there.
