へたくそ。傲慢。
お腹が痛くて我慢できないので、朝から内科を受診したのに、平気で４時間待たされた。
歯が痛いので受診したら、説教されて終わり。歯磨きができていないと言われたり、磨きすぎと言われたり。
病院は他にもたくさんあります。
わざわさ行く必要性がありません。

看護師さんの方々は皆さん本当に優しくて、お話もしっかり聞いてくださりました。

Need to be polite, respectful and considerate. No one waiting (for more than four hours) at the ER wants to be told that they are keeping others with more urgent situations from being seen.

If you go there for urgent care, they're nice enough to let you use the phone to call the nurses hotline, cause they won't even give you the time of day. I'm surprised one of my kids didn't die there.
