    初めて利用させていただきました。レンタカー自体も初めてで、分からない事だらけだったけど、凄く丁寧に説明してくれてありがたかったです！！
    朝から夜まで借りて、定員さんも朝と違う人が居たけど全員良い人でした。家から歩いて行ける距離ではありませんが、レンタカーするなら絶対またここで

    店員さんの対応がとてもよかったです。星の１つ分は、電話したときの対応がちょっと個人的にはショックでした。

    Expensive but prestigious as Nissan brand. Gasoline station they suggested for us was too too complicated and almost gave it up for refill at the rental car shop of Nissam which could cost me way more than regular gasoline. But it was so easy to find a right gas station for myself only 1.4km away on the same street from the rental car shop. So i give them 3 stars. I dont like Nissan anyway due to company image but the vehicle march was good.

    初めて借りて不快な思いをした。
    空気圧入ってない状態で貸し出され、帰ってきても精算だけしっかりやり、謝罪というのがほとんどなかったようにみえた。

    休日に利用しました。朝9時半頃に取りに行きましたが混雑していて鍵を受け取るまで30分ぐらい待ちました。
    休日の朝、急ぎの人は早めに行くことをおすすめします。
