    ３階建てでマシンも比較的充実していますが、スタッフが変わってから全体的に掃除が行き届いていないのが残念です…。

    1階のフリーウェイトエリアにはハーフラックが1台、フルラックが1台、スミス1台、フリーベンチ3台、DYロウ1台、45°レッグプレス1台、プリ

    1〜3階まであるエニタイムで1階フリーウェイト、2階ストレッチ脚のマシン、3階マシンドレッドミルという分かれ方をしています。
    店舗のライトアップの仕方がトレーニング好きな人向けという感じです。
    シャワールームは店舗相応に小さいです。1押しでシャワーの継続時間が10秒もない超節水仕様なので、身体を洗う時は頑張ります。

    利用者層がまさにトレイニーという風貌の方々ばかりで、マッチョにタンクトップ、でかいヘッドフォンを見れます。
    正直マナーは△の方が多いです。荷物置き場でパソコン広げて動画を見る人、時間を守らない人、元に戻さない人、拭かない人、マナー違反の見本市。店舗

    ３階建てです。

    １階　フリーウエイト
    ２階　シャワー、ストレッチ、タンニング等
    ３階　有酸素、足用のマシン等

    一階がウエイト、三階が有酸素に別れており、利用しやすい。スミスマシンは一台でハーフラックは二台。器具の数は少ないものの、間隔が広い。

    There are two boards next to the squat rack on which the time of use must be wrote. Whether it is peak time or not, whatever the training is, it’s must be within 20 minutes. The staff will always be watching in the monitor, and if the time is exceeded or not recorded will be reminded, or even forced out of the gym.

    很棒的健身房，設備比台灣好太多了，這間健身房真的很方便，可以跨國使用，一樓重量訓練設備應有盡有，二樓洗澡的地方非常日式，每間浴室乾濕分離超乾
