    Fantastic little home away from home run by Hisoya San who really goes out of her way to look after you. Shared toilet and shower with rooms that sleep 2 or 3. Common kitchen. Close to Haneda Airport, train station and 24hr ramen so it's great for an early flight.

    オーナーの方が親しみやすく、時間を忘れるくらい楽しい会話をしてしまう空間です。
    マンガも少し置いてあります。
    シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、バスタオル、歯磨きセットがありました。
    色んなティーパックもあり、自由に飲むことが出来、ちょとしたお菓子もあり楽しかったです。

    Fantastic experience, what a lovely inn. Hisayo is wonderful and goes above and beyond, helping us make dinner reservations at a beautiful local sushi restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen stocked with plenty of tea and coffee after a long day. Thank you Hisayo!

    We stayed 6 days in the 4 person room — it was very stylish, the futons were comfortable and the AC was keeping the room cool even though it was over 30 degrees outside. Hisayo was EXTREMELY welcoming and hospitable — she would explain everything, help plan stuff and she even walked us to the station with an umbrella when it was raining. Convenience stores (7—11, Lawson, Family Mart) are almost around the corner. The nearest train station is 450m away, so you can get to Tokyo in about 45min. It' … – show

    Sehr gemütliche, fast Familiäre Unterkunft. Schöne Zimmer und eine rührend, aber unaufdringliche Gastgeberin. Gut erreichbar, prima Kommunikation.

    The best guest house in Japan owned by a very kind and talkative lady. It has a very good access to Haneda Airport.

    I can't say enough about Hisayo. First, every review you have read is true. She is one of the sweetest individuals you will ever meet. My wife and I stayed out at a pay by the hour hotel in the city and she texted me just to make sure we were ok!:) When I go back to Tokyo, I will most certainly stay again!

    Mrs. Hisayo is very nice and it’s kind of her to help us to call the uber ️
    By the way, the room is awesome. We love tatami room. House is clean. Very recommend to live there. It is 15 minutes from there to the airport by car. Also subway is so closed to the airport. If you want to live near the airport, it is a best choice to live there. There are three rooms to choose, two double rooms and a four person room. And the inn is very near the 大鳥居subway, maybe takes 4 minute to the inn. Also a conv     … – show

    久代小姐是一位讓人覺得很親切，溫暖，細心體貼的老闆“娘”! 可以很愜意的待在這間民宿裡面^^

    Hisayo san provides excellent service! The hostel is pristine, neat, and tidy. Hisayo san was happy to help me and my partner solve an issue with our transport, walked us to the train station, and taught us how to buy tickets. Very kind and helpful lady, providing info about Japan, events which were running and key places to visit. Thank you Hisayo-san! (^^)

    하네다 공항와 매우가까움!! 택시로 1500엔도 안나와요. 방은 조금작지만 가격이싸서 너무 좋음. 주인장은 영어도 잘해요. 화장실은 한개를 공용으로 쓰는건 약간 불편함. She is kind and speak english well! but room is a little bit small. However cheap price and awesome location is good.

    Best guesthouse in Tokyo!
    Very conveniently located close to Haneda airport, but not far from the city center either.
    Unbeatable quality for the price, very clean rooms and common areas, and the owner of the place is adorable and very helpful with her guests.
    She allowed us to check in at 1:30 am!

    Très petite guesthouse (9 personnes max) de très bonne qualité, ils viennent juste d'ouvrir, serviettes et savon à disposition gratuitement. Cuisine bien équipée et très propre.
