The odor in the elevator is horrible, this is perhaps the liquid there use to wash.
No information about how to use the beds who are sofa. It's a headache when you arrive and everyone is tired.
Fridge is a bit hot (even at full power), more than regular fridge so be carefull when storing fresh meat/fish.
TV is not good, only BS is available, and not even all the channels. The decoder is behind the TV, so you are unable to act on TV from the sofa… You need to stand up and go near the decoder.
The room is not very big so with a lot of lugages you will be in trouble.
Be carefull, the soap and consultables are not refilled when you stay.
The room is very clean.
The location is great, silence, great view (for Tokyo) and plenty of sunlight.

近くにコインパーキングやテイクアウトできるお店、パン屋さん、コインランドリーがあり便利でした。
チェックインもスムーズにできました。
畳の部屋があり、荷物を広げたり子供がのびのびとできたのでよかったです。
1点、設置してある洗濯機を2回使ったのですが、中の網のゴミが溜まったまま？&洗濯槽の掃除がしばらくされてないようで、
回した洗濯物にゴミが結構ついてたのが少し気持ち悪かったです。
あと、朝方に上の階から椅子を引く音や外から子供の声が何回か聞こえてきたので、音に敏感な方は注意です。(私はそこまで気になりませんでした)
