    以前から気になってました。みのり先生は声が低めで聞き取り易く、無理なくポーズを取りやすくするヒントを沢山下さいます。お陰で出来る事が増えまし

    カルドに通い始めて一年になります。
    体型があきらかに変わってきました。
    特に、二の腕とお腹。
    まだまだ頑張って通って結果を出して行きたいとおもいます。
    岩盤浴もお試しキャンペーンで体験しました。
    凄い良かったです。ゆっくり汗をかけるのでリラックス効果大‼️です。
    駅近くで施設も綺麗。
    スタッフの方々も親切でインストラクターの先生方も素敵な方ばかりです。

    駅からは微妙に距離がある（JRからも京急からも）けれど、それ以外は不満なし。男性用ロッカーが広い分、同じ蒲田の西口店より、男性は利用しやすい

    都内にあって、会員同士が気さくにおしゃべしている親しみやすい店舗。
    みんなよく喋っているので聞いてみると、「どこもこんな感じなのかとおもっていた。」とのこと。
    レッスン後は餃子が食べたくなるので注意‼︎
