要因は、受付後30分程して薬がないと知らされたので、「もっと前に薬剤師さんと話した際に教えて欲しかった」と話したのですが、受付の方は実際あった私と薬剤師さんとのやり取りをなかったかの様に…まるで当然と、1時間以上待つ事も普通だと説明されたからです。
