    I went to this branch and has to go back 3x in a day and couldn’t get my money at the end. The staff aren’t helpful, very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this western union branch if possible.

    I want to write aabout percon who work there, her name is OTA
    I never met banking staff like her. She was very biased. Firstly she don’t wanna do payment because of my visa (between I have entertainment visa, everything is ok with it). After 30 minutes she say OK. After when I fill all form to get 100 usd by WU from my friend she say that she can’t give it to me as I never see my friend in life so that’s why she can’t give money to me.     I had a bad experience today here. The staff (Ota san) was very unfriendly and slow. Asking strange questions she made me feel very bad.
    If you ever use this service, ask Kobayashi san for assistance. She is the only one here who is nice and fast.

    Probably the worst service in the world. Slower than anything in the universe. Use of pen and paper like dinosaur age. After the long queues, learnt that they don't have enough GBP as I would like to buy. Horrible. Waste your time somewhere else.

    便利な場所にあり、取り扱い通貨の幅も広く便利さは素晴らしいのですが、外貨の買取りレートが悪かったです。
    しかも、webに外貨買取りレートは書かれていなかったので、両替して結果が分かりました。

    外貨販売が基準レート＋x%なのだから、外貨買取りは基準−x%だろうと思っていたら、更に数％低く買い取られました。
    比較用に同日に両替した他の店よりも大幅に安かったです…

    店舗のスタッフさんが悪い訳ではなく、故意に情報の非対称性を作る経営が嫌な感じです。
