Please note the following:
Bring your passport with you. (I always take mine everywhere I go so this wasn’t an issue for me.)
No talking allowed and you must wear masks here. (We’re at a gym, workout. It’s fine not to talk. It’s their rules to wear a mask. Don’t complain. You’re cringe if you are complaining.)
Bring inside shoes. (I did not bring inside shoes, you can rent a pair but it’s expensive. I went and just bought a pair of shoes that I will only wear in th e gym to keep clean. Easy.)
The staff does not speak English really. (This one really got me. I’m seeing reviews of OUTRAGED people being upset that a Japanese staff in Japan doesn’t speak English? How entitled are you? Learn Japanese? Lol it doesn’t matter if other countries spoke more English. You’re cringe if you complain about this. Get over yourself)
TLDR: staff and gym 5/5. Will come again and again every time I’m in Tokyo.

凄く綺麗な感じではないが、ベランダからの景色はカフェか、ホテルみたいだ。
マシンは充実しているし、トレーニングしながらのビューが最高です。
別料金だけど岩盤浴があるみたい。

ゴールドジムは対応が悪いで有名なのが身に染みてよくわかりました。
器具とトレーナーの技術はすごいですが、二度と行きません。
もかかわらずけっこうこみます。
機器の使用後の消毒に次亜塩素酸をつかっていて、アルコールを使っていないのが少し気になる。
