    Calling to make an appointment with the branch was a breeze since the person who answered the phone speaks English. They missed my call on the English line, but so kindly responded to me via text. I reached out at 2 pm, and was able to get an appointment for 2 at 10 am the next day. Staff are so sweet and accommodating. I’ll definitely come back again!

    The results were amazing but my first tech too a bit too long. Go to one of the more senior techs and you will be in and out of there in no time.

    Badly needed work done on my nails, but was worried since they were old acrylics from the US and I wanted them cut much shorter. This adorable nail shop went above and beyond!! She offered to remove my acrylics for a small fee and took great care to fully remove every acrylic. I felt so bad since it took an extra 45—50 minutes…but she was so professional and friendly.     ペディキュアをして貰いましたが、床に落としたコットンを目の前で拾ってそのまま除光液をつけて使ったり、小指の爪が剥がれてるので何もしないで欲し

    Natsuはすごいnailist奏者でした！ 私は日本語が苦手だったので少し怖かったですが…でもいつもとても甘くて理解に励んでくれました！ どうもありがとうございます！

    Natsu was such a great nailist! I was a bit scared at first because my Japanese is not so great… but she was super sweet all the time and made a great effort to understand me! Thank you so much!

    Very nice small salon, close to both stations Shinjuku and Yoyogi. One of the girls spoke perfect English and my stylist spoke a little but I didn’t have any problems communicating what I want, she was very gentle and paid attention to little details and finished my manicure in an hour! I’m happy with my nails and will be coming back:)

    Great place to get your nails done. They speak English too. I was lucky and was able to be booked on the same day because it was not very busy. However it’s a small shop so it would be better to schedule an appointment early.

    My nail technician was very gentle and professional and she did a great job. I love my nails so much!

    I had a horrible experience with acrylic Nails in this Salon. I spent 3 hours to get very thick nail, not even, and badly coulored.
    When I asked to adjust, she wasn't happy about it…so I end up adjusting them myself.
    I Highly unrecommend it!

    Amazing experience! Nail tech spoke decent English, and I came away with an amazing set of nails! Was a little bit more expensive than what I’m used to but worth the money!

    Really great nail spot in Shinjuku! I broke my nail during my trip to Tokyo and needed to find a place that does acrylics and I’m so glad I found nail cottage! Their nail art is amazing and the service was really great. As a foreigner who doesn’t speak Japanese, I was able to easily make an appointment online/via email in English. Thank you Nail Cottage! I’ve always wanted to get Japanese nail art done and I finally was able to!

    I reserved a day before and early morning which was nice and really convenient. I love my nails and I keep staring at it almost everyday. They did a good job and I recommend coming here! If I come back to Japan, I will definitely come back here. They didn't talk but it was so relaxing and I felt like a princess for a 22 year old. All my friends complimented my nails and even local Japanese people would too.

    Located on the second floor, the salon is very tidy and comfortable! They have a selection of designs that you can choose from with extra jewels/colors (these range from 6000—8000 yen). A single color gel manicure is about 5000. Cuticle treatment and top coat are each 540 yen. There is a menu available in English at the store for all services!

    Great customer service, nail technicians are super friendly and helpful. They help you choose colors and designs. They work with designs that your bring them. I will totally recommend them for nail art!!! Thank you for the awesome nail art!!

    新宿のサザンテラスからすぐでした。
    早くて希望通りの仕上がりでした。気さくなネイリストさんでオーダーしやすかったです。
    英語が話せるスタッフさんもいて、外国人のお客様もよくいらっしゃるようです。
