    Needed to book two trips at the same time. One for Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea and the other for a night in Hakone. Uehara-san not only helped us quickly and kindly but also gave us a very thoughtful itinerary. Her problem solving skills were so welcomed and I couldn’t imagine being able to do this without her. Thank you Uehara-san!! We will certainly book every trip with you!

    Also, if you’re Japanese is something you’re worried about, her English support was fantastic.

    ゴーツーキャンペンに乗りたくて訪れました。応対して下さった女子社員の方は感じよく誠実に接して下さったのですが23日に始まった「もっとTOKY 」は受付20分後には「取れませんでした」と残念な結果でした。結局、
