    スタッフさんの対応がとっても良かったです。
    家で長時間pcを使うことが増えたりゲームなどをすることが増え視力の低下を感じたので、必要な時に着ける用のメガネを作りに行きました。
    視力検査も丁寧に時間をかけてしてくれたので度数もバッチリです。
    慣らす為にしばらく着用していますが頭がグラグラしたりすることは無く快適に使用できています。
    数年前に別店舗のJINSであまり良い対応をされなかったので不安だったのですが、その不安が吹っ飛ぶ程親切で気持ちの良い対応をして頂けました。あ
    大切に使っていきたいと思います。

    I was served by Christelle. The service was perfect for me — very knowledgeable, excellent advice and fast and friendly. Great selection of frames as well. Highly recommended.

    Great, great customer service! There's staff that can help in english. I brought two pairs of glasses that I absolutely love. When the first broke, they replaced it for free. And I could switch the frames once for my second one, when I changed my mind. Therefore, I'm very grateful for their guarantee policy. The prices are so cheap compared to USA, and the designs fit my face so much better. The designs available are so varied and beautiful. I'm so grateful for my new glasses.

    Located on the 5th floor. The service here is extremely fast and friendly. They were happy to help with foreigners and spoke some English with me. I highly recommend!

    Got a pair of glasses I love for only 5,000 yen in 30 minutes. The clerk was very patient and kind, despite how indecisive I was. And his English is impressive. I want to go back for more glasses!

    いろんなJINS店舗に行ったけれど、こんなに明るい印象の店舗は初めて
    ついつい新しい眼鏡を購入してしまいましたWWW
    店員さんの対応も流石の （3つ星）
