    他店購入のMYKITAのフィッティングをお願いした際に「他店購入した物ですと、破損したりしても責任が取りかねますが大丈夫でしょうか」と聞かれ

    他店購入でもMYKITAの眼鏡には変わりないのだけど、それもそうかなと思いつつお願いしましたが作業中、
    「この歪みはレンズを外す作業が必要になるため当店では扱いが難しいので購入店さんで相談してください」と言われたため、そのまま購入店さんに行った

    スタッフさんによって技術力・対応が異なるかもしれません。

    Aiko and Kenjiro provided absolutely fantastic service. This shop has great designs and even better customer service. They went out of their way to organise delivery to my hotel in Osaka as I was leaving Tokyo the next day. They provided great advice and even offered delicious green tea while I was trying on frames.
