アメリカで買った思い入れのあるレイバンのフレームのビスが壊れ、他で修理が出来なかったのですが、最後の訪れたこちらの店は入り口はユニークですが、中はクールな雰囲気。
対応してくれた店長はお若いのに丁寧な対応で、見事な腕前で対応してくれた男性スタッフ。
本当に嬉しかったです。

今までJ!NSやZoffなどの眼鏡を使っていましたが、こちらで作ったメガネは掛け心地がまるで違いびっくりしました。ハイブランドのおしゃれなフレームがたくさんあって選ぶのも楽しく、スタッフの方の接客もとても親身で素晴らしいお店でした。いつまでも大切に使いたいと思います。

東口改札を出て、右手にすぐ見えます。恵比寿が通勤圏内の人には便利。

木製の棚がオシャレで見やすく、狭い店舗ですが、総合的に良くできた店舗だと思う。

他の店舗にはなかったサングラスがあり、気に入ったので購入しました。

接客もわかりやすく、適度な距離感の気持ちの良い対応でした。Zoffの中でも、嫌味のない接客は優秀だと思う。（2人の男性のスタッフさんでした）

わざわざ、立ち寄って良かったです。

年配の女性の対応が暗いし、コロナが心配なのはわかるけど髪の毛くくるゴムまでメガネのトレイに置いて渡された、、、他のメガネ屋行きました

Excellent service and prices, most of the staff doesn't speak english but you can make yourself understand with no problem. Very nice models.

Claims to have English speakers, but communications skills are close to zero. The result is misunderstandings, wasted time, and poor eyeglass fit.

Prescription glasses are total trash and customer service is even worse. Avoid.
