    La persona que me atendió fue bastante amable, a pesar de que yo intente hablar en japonés ella siempre me ayudo en inglés.

    In Dec 2022 we had to come to this service centre to get JR passes. 1st floor outside the gantries. Efficient staff. Very helpful.

    To get there, it’s on the back of the building on ground floor.
    Can’t walk through the gate.
    Walk along the side of the building on the right side get around it.
    English speaking staffs. Real helpful and friendly.

    Tremendously helpful, good English skills, helped me book my tickets quickly. Highly recommend. Good to get there a bit before they open if you can, as demand is high.

    旅行には、トラブルが付き物と言って良い トレヴルとトラベルの英語の綴りは、似ている。表裏一体である。

    それでも行くのは、準備を含めて楽しい事もあるからだ。想定外の事故があっても対処、対応に差が出るのは『政治　経済』にも言える。

    It's good place opposite Shinjuku station..
    Especially for foreigners,they get special JR train passes here for travell within Japan which is very very economical..
    The staff is friendly..
    There are lot of restaurants and bars around this place and within the building itself....so you will get spoiled with choices of food n drinks..
    What else you need in a place?

    Exchange voucher for JR pass and organise Shinkansen reservations. Staff are helpful. Weekends can get busy and queue time maybe 10 — 15 minutes. Staff are efficient and will get you on the way very shortly.

    Service is quite good. All Staff properly speak English. We went there to Buy 3 days JR Wide pass.... Amazing pass, worth penny… Must go with this if you wanna explore Gala, Nikko, Izu and Kawaguchi-ko.
    Please ensure to make all reservation on the desk… It will be very much helpful… Just a suggestion… Try to get this pass one week before… So you will get the reservation for your all trains…

    並んで待たされるのは良い。
    でも、普通の切符を買うのに30分て…
    何度も確認したあげく…
    一番後ろの座席を指定したのに一番前になってる
    新幹線乗り場に来て驚きです。

    新人の場合は、ベテラン指導員を付けるべきでは⁉️
