カウンター越しに5箇所ほど相談場所がある。
相談場所がオープンなのでざわざわうるさかった。
内見したい物件について相談できた。
対応が丁寧でよかった。

年々契約時に必要になる書類などが減っています。
それでも住み替えの契約に1時間30分かかりました。
住所名前など複数の書類に記入、捺印が必要でした。
時間に余裕が必要です。また体力も必要でした。
