混んでいたのに大変親切でした。
他にも事前の電話、レセプション、担当のスタッフと全く同じ説明を3回もさせられ、全く情報の共有がなされてないのではないかと感じた。
これまでは何度か行くことがあったが、これからは金輪際、表参道店に足を運ぶことはない。
対応時間を聞いたところ3時間以上かかるとの事で諦めました。交換の所要時間はその時の混雑次第でわからないとの説明だったので、バッテリー交換で来
Visited for buttery replacement as the time slot available even the day before. Only to be noticed it would take more than 3hrs to replace it. Highly recommend to have enough time (more than 3hrs) if u visit to replace the buttery.

Came on a Wednesday and was relatively busy (I don't understand why) they have a campaign that if you go through one of the Japanese carriers you can get a iPhone 14 pro or pro max — the only reason I went.
The staff as in all apple stores were friendly and helpful.
If for some reason you need to visit a apple store here and ginza are conveniently located in Tokyo.
